The set includes a Chin Up station, a Chest Press, a Sit Up Bench and a Lat Pulldown Station. The Chin Up Station is a rigorous workout for the arm muscles, with bars that users can pull themselves up from. The Chest Press strengthens pectoral muscles with two heavy handles that are moved back and forth. The Sit Up Bench is a perfect place to lay down and use the abdominal muscles to sit back up.
