At WillyGoat Playgrounds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, offering a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom-ordered apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
